Oil radiator

I made up a guard for the front oil rad. Go to a breakers and look for a Suzuki RGV. Take the fine mesh grill from the airbox and cut to shape. I held it in place with mini cable ties. Heat a small nail to red hot and push through the plastic around the rad. Thread the ties through the mesh and into the plastic and presto! Effective oil rad protector.

I mean a motor cycle breakers, where wrecks go to die. The Suzuki RGV 250 two stroke was a very popular race bike in Ireland and the UK but blew up a lot, so there are many of them in breakers yards.

Breaker = breaks bikes up for spares.
