I got a little chilly this weekend! Saturday's temps seemed to hold around 60-65 for the trip from home down to Harrisonburgh, VA.
Sunday started out good, with the temps getting into the high 50s and low 60s. THat was for the first part of the trip anyway. By the time we reached Mt. Storm back in West Virginia, the temps dropped down towards the low 50s and ended up at 45 degrees for about an hour of our trip back. (thank you Aplinestar windproof gloves!)
Leaving Harrisonburg, we took rt 11 up to Strasburg and then on to rt 55. We've been trying to follow "old" route 55 for the last couple of trips. We've accidentally jumped up on to the new 55 (super slab) in different spots these last two trips. We stopped at a nice park on 55 just east of Petersburg, WV. Welton Park if I remember correctly.
Anywho... Old rt 55 is pretty nice.
Here's a couple shots from the weekend..
Last one is the Breva and kab all bundled up for the rest of the trip.

We actually saw another rider on a Moto Guzzi Breva headed east on 55. What are the odds???!!!!!
