Basically I would like another motard to ride on the track. I had a Husky SMR510 that went to a friend to race and I kinda miss the motard thing. I really would like to trade this track bike for an Aprilia 450 or 550 as long as it has the black case sealant. I really don't care what year as long as it has the newer engine. I would also be incline to accept other offers maybe an RS250. Let me know what you have to offer. This is what I have to offer:
2008 Suzuki SV650 with 19,668 miles. This was a street bike that I just converted. I did one track day at Tally on it. Some safety wiring has been done, enough for track days, but not enough to race yet. Bike has never been wrecked. The goods:
-Traxxion damper rods with emulators
-Forks have brand new fluid, fork oil, bushings and seals
-Traxxion springs (Fork has a .95 and a 1.0 in it, I also have .85 springs)
-Ohlins shock with a 550 ft/lbs spring (Also have stock spring)
-Vortex rearsets and fairing stay
-LED shift light
-Almost new full Micron exhaust and Matris steering stabilizer
-Brand new Motul brake fluid and Vesrah RJL brake pads(I haven't even bedded them in yet)
-Front brake relocation brackets to run 4 piston brakes
-The bike has brand new spark plugs, oil, oil filter and tires
-Tires are Bridgestone bt-003 front and a BS slick rear
I basically swapped my SV1000 bodywork over to this bike and set it up to take to the track. I have the bike set-up with well known geometry numbers. Everything is new or fresh and the bike is ready to ride. The bike rides and handles great, it has no known problems. I do have a title. It will not come with my laptimer. I am open to cash offers but I really want to trade. The bike is located in Athens Georgia.
