I picked up a 2006 Brutale 910S yesterday, and after my first ride today (123 miles) she's now got a total of 598 miles on the odometer. I can't imagine only putting 475 miles on a bike in four years, but it's the non-riding previous owner's loss and my gain. It's also nice that he removed the exhaust center pipe (catalyst), installed a BMC air filter, uploaded a Ferracci race map, added Rizoma mirrors, grips and undertail, and added an integrated LED tail light. Better still- it came with a box filled with all of the OEM equipment, and the rear stand to boot. Not a bad deal for just under nine grand.

I am extremely impressed with the performance and sound of this bike. I've never been a big fan of I-4's, but this engine really does it for me. The bike is solid, refined, fast, and absolutely beautiful. It's a notch above the Ducatis I've owned in the past- I never knew MV made such a well-rounded motorcycle. I'm smitten.

The new RRW seemed impressed with the MV's this year on track. Check out their article on the shootout.

I love my Tamburini, but I don't get out and ride it enough.

I agree about the MV being one of the very, very few inline's I have any interest in. I am intrigued by their upcoming triple!! Yeah Baby!

Yes, very nice. I like that year & color combo.

Personally, Brutale is the prettiest bike ever... in red is even prettier...

Don't fit on one... nothing with less ergos than a Tuono ...

Congrats! I just picked up my first MV a couple weeks ago. Same deal - super low mileage previous owner. Are we the only two peopole that ride these things?? :)

She got a lot of attention yesterday displayed in front of my vendor booth at Riding Into History, but there were a lot of bikes in the concours definitely worthy of admiration...

Congrats on your MV.
It is a very nice bike indeed.

I like the ram air scoops on the silver Triumph TT600 parked next to it... cool stuff!

That's my '03 TT600- it didn't get near the attention that the Brutale did (go figure) but there were a few admirers. I had one guy say that he didn't know Triumph made any bikes with fairings... I helped get him up to speed on what Triumph has made in the last several decades. I have always dug the styling of the TT600, but I've read many reviewers dissing the design... to each their own, I guess. '03 was the last (and best) year for the TT600, and when Triumph finally made the ram-air "snorkels" color-matched to the fairing. I love the look too- thanks.

Saw your MV at the show and thought;
" Looks just like the MV that guy just bought, & posted on the Aprilia forum."
