Hi, just curious what everyone else calculates their gas mileage to be.
Most times with my very conservative right hand I will see about 55-62 mpg.
Maybe that's because I never rev. beyond 6k. But suits me fine :) :)

Hey Rank, in my experience with the MP3 500.. riding it quite spiritedly in So. Cal. and on freeways.... I never saw below 45mpg... while cruising and taking it easy, I also saw 55+

Just getting back in the right groove.........Takes me a while sometimes.
Recently removed airbox completely installing a NAPA paper filter. this has changed the lower rpm characteristics quite a bit. Bottom end torque certainly much more pronounced, with sweeter 'thumper' exhaust note too.
will be measuring MPG again shortly, and will post results.
r
should be near my S500 60 mpg But if youre Dog crated and hauling 6 ft tables or triking the thing like Ms Smurf your mileage will Vary Alot

My 250 MP3 get's 65-70 mpg cruising @ 65 mph.
My 400 MP3 get's 60 mpg cruising @ 65-70 mpg.
Our 500GT got 50-55 mpg riding 2up & loaded @ 65-70 mph. But I've since put a faux tow-pac trike kit on it and it's getting 48 mpg @ 65 mph for the wife.
