tech tips not working or just me?

I'm just trying to find all the torque settings for my new shape rs and non of the tech tips are working for me, most people are saying just do them tight, and those who give a torque setting vary.

I'm mainly after cylinder head but all torque setting would be nice...

Personally i would just do them very tight.
Basically so you can't turn the ratchit anymore but don't hold it right at the end because you'll strip the nuts, i usually hold it right at the front near your extension bar, then give them a tiny bit more.
Always worked for me.
And when torqueing up bolts/nuts you go to the limit that they can take before stripping anyway.
