Help with the exhaust de-restriction

Hi guys, I was about to start chopping my exhaust up and noticed that my pipe has 2 extra bits that aren't on the "how to de-restrict" page. I have attached the photos and could someone let me know if I am meant to cut both the extra bits or just one of them. Thanks

It's a 2008 SR-50 Carb version

block the rubber pipe. it's a secondary air system. any more pics of the pipes can't make it out :\
