It`s probably been asked before but has anyone got the procedure for replacing a falco arm with a mille. I think I got hold of a mille r arm. How do you remove the castellated nut without damaging it ?
Also the connecting rod thingy between the engine and triangular bit is longer on the arm that is currently on the falco ?

Hi Beachcruzer
Couldn`t get any joy from caplan77. So I took the arm off anyway, well almost. Fairly major job but I will let you know how I get on. Thanks for the reply. Funny how people shut up when you ask awkward questions. Well proves the rule empty vessels make the most noise !!!!!

Sir Johnny,
Your question about the thingy that didn't fit where the whatchamacallit goes was more indicative of emptiness than the lack of replies... Your question about damaging the torsion nut was rhetorical. Use the right tool for the right job, eh?

btw, be sure you get the swinging arm mounted right side up, ok???
Here's a pic in case you need to be sure...
