So, I see the Hyperpro shock available from AF1 but I don't want a shorter shock.

I've been searching the web for suspension bits for the Mana - nothing here in the U.S. or anywhere as far as I can tell. In fact, it would seem that suppliers, such as Race Tech, aren't offering much for later model Aprilia's. Any one know what's available out there or any sites specific to Mana forks and shock?

Are the Shiver fork and shock the same or similar to the Mama?

Shiver fork is I think identical. I'd also be looking in the wreckers for a similar pair of forks off something like an R6 that has real suspension rather than the toy suspension fitted to the Mana and Shiver. Lots of Japanese sportsbikes use similar if not identical forks, as long as the brakes will fit and you're willing to re-spring 'em if neccessary a swap should be easily achievable and fairly cheap.

Maybe the front end from another bike might work, Pete, but, if the Shiver fork is similar enough, someone is more likely to develop improvements for the Shiver before the Mana and we could benefit from it. Personally, keeping the stock forks makes more sense (changing the guts, of course).
