Ok, so I went out into my VERY cold garage the other morning to warm up my Falco before I went out of town (figured if I couldn't ride it in the snow, I could at least keep the seals somewhat oiled). After starting her up, I noticed condensation on the swingarm (both sides) right beside my exhaust cans. So, I stuck my hand down there and, indeed, I could feel pulses of air. Is this something I should be really hacked about, necessitating a little trip to the shop to see if they'll swap them out, or is this normal for these pipes?
I guess one possible explanation could be that the pipes shrink a minute amount in the extreme cold - it was 15F that morning - since I felt much less air on my hands after the bike warmed up...
Any thoughts from the crowd?
