Valve Clearance

I'm checking valve clearances for the first time in an '02 Falco with 2,000 miles on it. All exhaust are .010 inch and all intake are .004 inch. What are acceptable specs on the '02? Does someone have the specs in mm (I can take more accurate measurements in mm)?

0.005 ~ 0.006 in. or 0.12 ~ 0.17mm (intake)

0.009 ~ 0.011 in. or 0.23 ~ 0.28mm (exhaust)

I was using the specs on "Ken's Site" and wanted to verify. My brain fired up around 11:30 last night and I thought to look in the manual, doh! Does it seem odd that all four intakes would be so equally off and need adjustment, especially after all these stories I hear of 20K+ and no adjustments yet?

Then again, maybe I should just be happy I checked. Since clearances tighten should I shoot for the top of the spec range or am I better off in the middle?
