According to the Dainese section 54Euro corresponds to 6' 180. I'm 6'2" 215 (34" waist) and this jacket without the thermal liner and armor is snug on me which is why I'm in the market for a 56Euro. This jacket should fit you well.

my response is awaiting moderator approval (perhaps b/c I included a link). According to the sizing charts on extremesupply dot com, the 54Euro is the correct size for you. This jacket fits me snugly w/out the liner and pads (i never use the pads anyway).
