May be a little expensive, but my ass will thank me. I had a Corbin on my last bike, and it was great. After I get it I'll let you know how it is after we thaw out a little, say sometime in june...

I haven't received the email yet, but that appears to be a $30 savings. Because I made the mistake of buying my bike in December and choose to live in MN I have no idea if I mind the stock seat (-5 F this morning). I know on my Ducati SS I would last about 45 minutes before the a$$-burn started. With a Corbin I could ride 500 miles without that becoming a problem.

How do you guys rate the stock Falco seat as far as sport touring comfort?

I just have 500 miles on mine, and I miss the Corbin. It's about a 20 min commute; both highway and city traffic. In other words, crazy. The stock seat is a rock, a "soft" rock, but a rock nonetheless.

Did 1000 miles in 2 days last year. No problem with the stock seat, although the lard ass might be a contributing factor. More of a problem with stretching the legs out. After about 200 miles you start to realise that the pegs are a bit high. Nothing serious though, I'm doing it again this year.

I actually liked the stocker. I had Sargent put some of their super cell foam in my seat. I could tell there was a slight difference, but still no 500 mile day comfort. I'd like to see the design on the seat they are charging $250 clams for.

No email, it was a direct snailmail.
it looks an awful lot like the stocker, with a few extra angles on it and maybe a little thicker but not a lot. Maybe later I'll try to snag a digi pic of the pic in the mailing and post it
