Suspension Tuning

Can anyone give me in easy to follow instruction, how to setup my suspension on my Falco, as I would like to get my bikes handling sorted.
With all the bikes I have owned I have just ridden them, and not cared about the setup, so for once I want it done properly.
A photo step by step account would be great.

You're asking for a miracle there dude!
One mans suspension settings are not necessarilly correct for any other person...in fact, they're probably not even close. Body weight, riding style, geometry, tires, ect. ect. all come into play.
