Hey does anyone have the color codes for the blackish/grey frame for the 2002 SL1000?? OR should I just call Aprilia USA and hope they can get me that info.

If I'm gonna powder coat the swing arm, might as well get the RIGHT color.

code for 2002 falco red??? anyone know it or where to get it???

aprilia WILL NOT release color codes. for the red, it is red sprayed over silver. a good paint shop will be able to get very close. maybe have them mix in a bit of orange. what part is it for? close enough might just be good enough.

I'm going to a paint shop tomorrow, I HOPE to get a good color code for the frame of the 2002 SL1000. I'll let you all know if I get a good color.

Just got back from a large powder coat place.

This is what I found...

After looking at a few of the colors that matched I seem to of found THE BEST that matched... I COULD be wrong but from what I saw it's a pretty damn close match

49/70787 from Tiger Drylac

It's the same color with the same little "sparkles" and somewhat of a nice texture to it. I'll be giving my friend a call and see how much it cost and how much to get the new swing arm powder coated. I'll keep everyone informed on how it turns out in the coming weeks.
