Both he and his truck are missing?
That sounds much better than a guy and his bike, not much of a chance for a truck that size to be in a ditch somehwere unoticed.

Why did they call him missing so soon, it's only been 2 days?
It's a grown man after all, he may have gotten fed up and driven south for some sun....there's no mention of foul play.

Seems she's the one that's sounding the alarm
Truck drivers are gone weeks at the time, you can sleep pretty comfortable inside that truck btw....even with company.
I suspect some personal problems may be at issue here rather than foul play.

On another forum a nice guy put in a desperate call for help, his friend's young wife and child were missing, he included a couple of links.
Turns he and his friend were in the military in a distant state form the "wife". They were divorced and he didn't have custody, the local police concluded there was no sign of foul play. The girl had left her job at Walmart to move to warmer weather with her boyfriend was all. It took me a little surfing to realise all that.

Anyway hopefully everything will turn out ok for Mark and his wife the holidays are often a difficult time.

Message for Mark : don't be an a-hole, call home!
