rear rotor is done and was a bitch to disassemble the pvm hub to remove the rotor carrier:mad:

seperate hub (heated to 200f in an oven to soften loctite), made rotor carrier fixture to chuck into the cnc, mill'd it, knocked off sharp edges with a file and repainted exposed billet.
the bitch was the assembler of the wheel rounded out one of the m8 socket head cap screws like a dumb shit, and the powder paint covered the damaged area (i was ONE MAD MOO:mad: ).

the mcmaster carr button head allen shcs black oxide stainless steel 8-32 screws arrive to cover the reflector mounting holes in the front fender:happy:

i know geoff pretty well and he sent me a rear rotor for the 'Clarkie' and it would bolt on so i sent it back.
i'm glad you got it to work as the rotors are sweet!

Getting ready for the long trip to <ugh> Long Beach for the motorbike show, digital camera's all charged up for the Nera.
I wonder if Matt L goes sleepless with anticipation the night before scoring a cool bike or is he just zzzzzzzzzzzzz...

well the snow is melting so that means that winter is over right?
this are cool, my house doesnt roll down the road for a change :D
got more and more projects running that i will let you in on later :cool:
things are slowing down for winter but to be honest with all the stuff i have got going on if we werent slowing down i wouldnt have time to get them done.

i guess everyone at the office are like little kids with this Matt thing as there is NO-ONE at the office is GA, Matt is just a motorcyclist, treat him like that and he will respect you more than a bunch is guys in suits acting like 5 year olds.

Rotors look bad ass. Kinda wish I had waited for the Axis, well not really, lol, but they still look good. Cant wait to see a complete bike image.
