It had to happen sooner or later.

Tonight at Beach Burgers in HB, he got on the gas too hard while pulling out the driveway and onto Beach blvd, spun the rear, did a 360 and down she went.

Some parts dealer is going to get some big commission.

That's the second one that ended up on its side for no good reason... The first one was about 2 months ago while driving away from the dealer at time of delivery... There were pictures posted.

How sad...

does the desmo have the same traction control system as the 1098R or a similar one?

No traction control on D16RR

Even if it did have TC it wouldn't work with the stock exhaust system. Cutting the ignition = unburnt fuel in the catalyst. Not good.

:funnypost :funnypost

I'd be lucky to not get punched in the face with the quick whips I'd be throwing out while eating my burger like, oh hey man "I'm sorry want me to help you get your $80,000 dollars off the ground there?" or "OHH, that'll buff right out"

An asshole?

At a bike night?

More bike than he can handle?

FUCK ME. That's a shocker. I thought only podium holders of clubman events attended bike nights!

As a psych major many years ago I learned that generally speaking if you're really good at something than you'll be even better in front of a crowd, but if you're not very confident you'll likely do worse in front of a crowd. For that reason alone I limit my 'posing' to the imagination of the audience. I feel really bad for the guy because his pride got hurt as much as the bike.

Rob, you big, kind-hearted slob, you.

Myself, I have a little bit of a tough time feeling bad for a guy that spends that kind of bread on a toy that he can't handle. Like the German dude who crashed the half-million dollar Ferrari not too long ago for no good reason on some LA surface street. :WTF:

Truth be told, I'm just jealous as hell. :bangwall:

What a freakin' bummer, but I guess enough just may be enough for the street.
