Has anybody stripped a frame out before? What special tools are needed? and any tips/precautions? Thanks Guys n Girls :)

I'm thinking about getting a new Factory but can't stand that Gold!! will have to powder coat it Black :worship:

Can't help with the tools, but how about going for the Nera 'Titanium Gold' on the frame

Yeah! hadn't thought of that, I really like that colour, thought it was black like a Factory until I saw Amauri's Nera.

save some time and buck and just carbon fibre covers for it.......

You'll need a castle socket or peg spanner to get the swingarm off, otherwise just normal tools.

And, evidently, you can get them at a bicycle shop for a fraction of what you get them from aprilia for.
