missing exhausts

Found this through another forum, but don't know any Dutch(I think it is?). Can anybody translate for me, price and noise levels etc.

This exhaust makes the backend look even better. Can bet it's horrendously loud....

If you type the www. address into google it should come up with the search results,you should be able to click translate and it normally does it for you,
