I was riding down the road and I thought I felt my bike drop like an inch in the rear. (Ohlins RSVR shock 105 spring 1000 miles on it) I then kept riding and really noticed it. I pulled over to look and saw NO oil and both bolts were tight and in place and the shock was and is working properly.. I just road the bike again and it is definatly lower. Even the apperance from just sitting there its Lower.. I was messing with the settings (rebound) a month or so ago and haven't ridden since. Is it possible that the rebound was stuck and Now its performing in the correct location.. The bike feels great other than I might need to reduce the front fork Preload now? Thanks..

Sorry, but rebound or damping have no effect on ride height. The ride height is maintained by the coil spring and controlled by the height of the spring collar.
It's probable that the rear subframe came loose and dropped.
