I came across a leaflet from the Aprilia Club entitled Aprilia Pegaso "Trail" 650 "Factory" by Carovano Luca. It is in Italian so I understood very little however inside was a picture of a radiator cover which presumably is available in Italy. Looking at the wildlife hanging from mine I think it would be good add-on. Does anyone know if it is possible to buy these in the UK?

You can download the radiator cover instructions here:

Here are the instructions to build the sump guard:

I know, it's in italian, but you can copy and paste into Google Translate (http://translate.google.com/translate_t) ;)

Many thanks Brucaliffo you're a star! I didn't realise they were home made.
I'll have a go at the weekend.

Hi, I am new to this forum I have a pegaso 650 from 1999, and looking for a radiator, the new ones go around 500-600 euro as far as I know ,and don't want to spend that much used ones is hard to come by ,looked on e-bay ,local sites but no luck
Any body knows a place who makes rads possibly a thicker one compared to the original rads ( for owerheating problems ) I find racing rads for lots of other bikes...no pegaso
Any help would be appreciated

when making these be sure they are snug because over time the vibrations can actully wear a hole in the rad
