Here is mine with a complete range of travelling cases. It has tank protector, tank bag, semi-rigid panniers and top box. With this travelling made easier to compare with my earlier bike...phew, that time was like ...a camel bike with hooks on luggage.

Hi bangcik,
your windshield doesn't look like the original one, is it home-made?

Hi guys,
yes..it is from the same materials and of the same thickness. I make it tinted so the the flying particals doesn't marked when we go off on high speed.
And of course the $$ saving that count.
Next project.. the factory-like side mirrors...what do you think?

Err whats wrong with buying an Aprilia screen? They are not that expensive. Where part are not available and hand made i.e. the raised mud guard for the strada, it makes sense.
Kev
PS Why have you got what looks like a numberplate on the front?

I'm personally not that keen on the Aprilia screen, so am interested in alternatives, plus I don't think the Aprilia screen is that cheap. The replacement screen for my KTM 950 Adventure was only £32.00 inc VAT!!

I got a quote from 2 Aprilia dealers and they came out at between £100 and £110 for the original screen

In Britain we haven't seen number plates on the front of bikes for about 40 years! The camera speed detection vans would have a field day!
