Full or semi-synthetic at first 600ml service?

I know this has been asked before but what do you suggest at the first service , semi or full?

there's been heaps of discussion on oil & running in methods, try a search.
just stick with what's in it. I personally go mineral till 2,500klms then switch to synthetic.
