Tough one, but since you bought it new take about $2-3k off of it and that's probably reasonable.

Sadly, Aprilia have one of the worst depreciation rates in all of bikedom. Add that next year an all-new Mille (supposedly) will debut, and your value is probably not nearly what you wish it to be.

If you're interested in selling, I would make sure to sell before the news of the new-generation Mille breaks in magazines and really screws up your value.

I'm interested in your Datatool Rev-Light. Was it easy to install and program? I'd like to have that for the track.

First, sell off the aftermarket stuff. They add nothing to the value of the bike and may detract from the bike for some buyers who either want to do their own mods or don't trust the ones you/ve done.

Then compare the selling price of similar bikes using Cycle Trader and dealer Web sites.

As one poster mentioned, Aprilias have a suck resale value. Even Aprikia dealers sell used bikes for dirt cheap. The place where I bought mine has two year-old bikes that are about $5000 less than new ones (which they sold at discount).

They also have a 01 RSV R brand new for $12,200 but that's another story (I offered them $13K for it last year and they turned me down).
