Flywheel nut /// Big End bearing

I wonder should i undo the M12 X1 nut anticlockwise as any other nut or clockwise ?

And does anybody know which is the code number of the big end bearing ?

I am doing a bottom end rebuild so i am sure will come back with a few more questions:happy:

You can not buy just a big end bearing only full con rod kit

Big end bearing only comes with a conrod kit because they wear as one. Along with the crank pin.

I have a feeling that he ment main bearing though?

Bang on there are 3 bearing surfaces

1Crank pin
2Big end bearing
3Conrod

All 3 wear at the same time so all 3 need to be changed, That is why they only sell a full kit
